1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing any part of the iuckbd platform — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or participating in any game or promotional offer — you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with iuckbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iuckbd. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

2.1 Electronic Acceptance

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is effected electronically. By checking the acceptance checkbox during registration or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment, you confirm your agreement in a manner that is legally equivalent to a written signature under applicable law.

2.2 Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. iuckbd operates in English as its official communication language for the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active iuckbd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of iuckbd or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the iuckbd platform under any account identity.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under compulsion or duress.

3.1 Age Verification

iuckbd reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, iuckbd may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality on the account in question. Falsifying age documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

iuckbd is designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws regarding online gambling in their country of residence or access.

4. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the iuckbd platform — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process at iuckbd Login. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A valid, active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your own choosing

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active iuckbd account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are prohibited. If iuckbd identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your iuckbd account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. iuckbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify iuckbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, iuckbd requires all players to complete KYC identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport, and in some cases a proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). iuckbd reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed will result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

iuckbd supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). iuckbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which iuckbd accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your current account verification level.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your iuckbd account, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• The withdrawal amount does not include bonus funds that remain subject to an active wagering requirement.
• No active investigation or compliance review is pending on your account.
• The withdrawal is made to a payment method that is registered in your verified name and matches the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

For KYC-verified accounts, iuckbd targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by the payments team:

• bKash & Nagad: Typically within 5 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.
• Rocket & Upay: Typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

iuckbd does not guarantee these processing times in all circumstances. During periods of high transaction volume — such as BPL finals, Eid holidays, or major cricket tournaments — processing times may be extended. iuckbd will notify affected players if a significant delay is anticipated.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

iuckbd employs real-time fraud monitoring on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. iuckbd reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that triggers a fraud alert, pending investigation. Players found to have used fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments will have their accounts permanently closed and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

iuckbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by iuckbd are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

iuckbd monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus multiple times; and coordinated play between players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where iuckbd identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.

6.3 Promotional Validity

All promotional offers have a stated validity period, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Offers that have expired cannot be retroactively claimed. iuckbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already claimed and actively in use by a player.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The iuckbd welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an iuckbd account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus. iuckbd reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome bonus and to reclaim welcome bonus funds that were credited in error.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the iuckbd platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are subject to the rules of each individual game as published by the respective provider. iuckbd does not modify game rules or RTP settings. Published RTP figures are those certified by the game provider and reflect the long-term statistical return of each game.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iuckbd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an advantage not intended by the game's rules. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gameplay, or using the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate through a personal iuckbd account.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or server error during a game session, iuckbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game state to the point immediately before the malfunction occurred. Where full restoration is not technically possible, bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. iuckbd's decision regarding the treatment of bets affected by technical malfunctions is final.

7.3 Sportsbook Void Rules

For cricket and sports betting markets, iuckbd follows standard void rules: if a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond 36 hours, or cancelled entirely, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before abandonment are considered final. Specific void rules for individual sports and bet types are published in the sportsbook help section of the iuckbd platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

iuckbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. We acknowledge that for a small proportion of players, gambling can develop into a problem that negatively affects their financial, mental, and social wellbeing. The following tools and policies are in place to support all iuckbd players in maintaining control of their gaming activity.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session lengths. iuckbd will issue an on-screen warning when the limit approaches and will terminate the session automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and gameplay are suspended; withdrawals of available balance remain permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the iuckbd platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, blocks all access to the account, and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. 8.2 Minor Protection

iuckbd urges all account holders who share devices with minors to ensure that their iuckbd account is protected by a strong, unique password and that their device is locked when not in active use. iuckbd provides parental control guidance in the Responsible Gaming section of the platform. Any player who suspects that a minor has accessed or used their iuckbd account must contact [email protected] immediately.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

iuckbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player identity, device, or payment method.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
• Any activity that iuckbd reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their iuckbd account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a closure request via live chat from the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds attached to unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9.2 Balance Treatment on Closure for Cause

Where iuckbd closes an account for cause — including fraud, KYC failure, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions — iuckbd reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that unlawful activity or material breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at iuckbd's discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations regarding the return of deposited funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iuckbd's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

iuckbd expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Any loss of gaming winnings, profits, or expected value arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Any losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently updated or corrected.
• Any losses arising from a player's use of the platform in breach of applicable local law in their jurisdiction of access.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit iuckbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

iuckbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at iuckbd.app/terms-conditions with the effective date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

Where iuckbd makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal policies, or eligibility criteria — registered players will be notified by email to the address associated with their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may be published without prior notice.

Your continued use of the iuckbd platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 above.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to iuckbd's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause restricts a player's right to pursue a claim through any applicable consumer protection mechanism available in their country of residence.

12.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding the iuckbd platform — including disputes about game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or bonus terms — you should first contact iuckbd's support team directly:

12.2 Finality of Game Results

All game results on the iuckbd platform — including casino game outcomes, sportsbook settlement decisions, and bonus calculations — are final and binding once confirmed by the relevant game engine or trading system, subject only to the technical malfunction provisions in Section 7.2 above. iuckbd will not reverse a settled game result on the basis of a player's disagreement with their own strategic decisions or the outcome of fair gameplay.
